Step 1 of 5

Which LPA Do You Need?

Most people require both types. They cover different areas of your life and together provide complete protection.

Both LPAs — Best Value

Complete protection for your finances and your health. Save £20 vs purchasing separately.

The OPG registration fee (£82 per LPA) is payable separately and goes directly to the government. This is not included in Clear Legacy's preparation fee.
Step 2 of 5

About You (The Donor)

The "donor" is the person granting the power of attorney — that's you.

You must have mental capacity to make an LPA. By proceeding, you confirm that you understand the nature and effect of this document.
Step 3 of 5

Your Attorneys

Attorneys are the people you trust to act on your behalf. You should appoint at least one primary attorney and ideally a replacement.

Certificate Provider & Preferences

An LPA requires a "certificate provider" to confirm you understand the document and are not being pressured to sign it.

Your certificate provider must be someone who has known you for at least 2 years OR a professional such as a solicitor, GP or social worker. They cannot be related to you or your attorneys.
Certificate Provider
Leave blank if you have no specific restrictions — your attorneys will have full authority within the scope of the LPA.
Step 5 of 5

Your LPA questionnaire is complete. Please confirm and proceed to payment.
