ClearLegacy is a trading name of Kaizen Finance Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales (Company No. 12092327).

For the purposes of UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018, Kaizen Finance Ltd is the data controller of personal information you provide through clearlegacy.co.uk.

We protect your data with TLS 1.2+ in transit, encryption at rest, access controls limited to a small number of authorised personnel, and regular review of our processors. Card payments are handled exclusively by Stripe and never touch our servers.

If you believe your data has been compromised, contact us immediately at hello@clearlegacy.co.uk. We will investigate and notify the ICO within 72 hours where required.

9. Children

Our service is intended for adults aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If you believe a child has provided us with information, contact us and we will delete it.

If you are unhappy with how we have handled your personal data, please contact us first at hello@clearlegacy.co.uk so we can put it right. You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at any time.
